I was there Wednesday for a mapping session asking loads of stuff and had a good chat bet his brains fried with all the questions this week hes a top blokeHe is a nice guy he even put up with all my questions which I imagine was doing his head in lol
Pip reckons squeeze a bit more once clutch is sorted injectors were only on 80% duty for the 298 run. I'm actually surprised how much it's transformed the car pulls so much harder now as long as you stay in 1st to 3rd.
I remember the same experience well, a mapped pfc really transforms an fd from a quick car to very capable supercar chaser.
Love very fd mate and the PFC seems to have done the trick!
Did you sell the 34 when prices were high? They are mentalnright now for a 34 GTR!
Lovely 32 aswel btw, looked lovely!![]()
Not as high as I'd like but still made a tidy profit on it. Your right though prices have gone literally insane now especially on r34s. It's basically impossible to take a loss on a skyline gtr these days. If you can afford to buy a few 34s now and sit on them for a few years it would be the best investment you ever make. As soon as they become legal in the US they will sell for a absolute fortune it's the forbidden fruit they have never been allowed lol. Especially rare models like the v spec ii nur's etc prices are predicted to hit 100k
Have you seen a chap called Richard wheeler, I think his name is the anyway, last count I think he has 11 34 GTR’sinsane! But amazing as if you have the money then why the hell not! I would lol
I was going to buy a friends 32 GTR afr around 8k 4 years ago, that alone would be nigh on 20k now I reckon. I would have loved a 34 but no chance now. It’s the same with nsx’s, 5 years ago you could grab one for low-mid 20’s,, now no chance lol
Any pictures of the 34 buddy?..
I'll have to have a watch of that lol never seen it.
The name certainly rings a bell. While the r34 is an amazing car it's overrated in my opinion. The r32 is my favourite it gives more driver feed back and is the one to go for. it's lighter, more mechanical and if you get a early n1 block it had thicker castings. Plus the 32 all you have to do is wire a switch into the 4wd fuse and you can deactivate the 4wd so at the flick of a switch you can stop the fronts kicking in and stay rwdand flick is back to go 4wd again lol. That been said though the r34 is guaranteed to make you rich as an investment as that's the one the yanks really want lol.

Don't bother!
Nice work on the mapping bro, Pips a great guy and really helpful
I’m the same, prefer the 32 over the 34, but you would certainly be happy if you had the 34 still now Hahahah..
How are you enjoying the fd?..
Be interested to know how the HSD Monopros handle wise especially with the damping. What turbo do you plan to go for when you go single? An EFR range I presume? I guess with the hardware now available in the UK it would be hard not to go for the best!
Don't know how I missed this. Another local FD. never seen so many.
Nice stack of parts already. Look forward to the progress.
