Updating "Expired" to "For Sale" reverts back to "Expired" really quickly

Not sure if this is a purposely introduced feature but I have a couple of listings that are really old so they have been set to "expired" which is fine. However, when I update pricing and set it back to "For Sale", it very quickly reverts back to "Expired" (it does keep the new price).

Is this supposed to happen for really old listings that are technically still active? Are we supposed to create a new listing once they've expired?

If you click next to watch/unwatch and manage sale you can change it back

I did that but it reverts back to expired after a day or so.

Had this issue on another forum @snoopios

The only fix was to repost the item, I can however increase the time it takes for a listing to expire (will only work on new listings). I've just increased it from 60 days to 90 days.
