Simply the best company I’ve ever dealt with buying parts, so well organised and clued up.
Makes buying from Japan a breeze, spent thousands without a problem.

Is this a RHD employee? Lol good to know you had such a great experience.

Lol no but if they’ve got jobs going I’ll be more than happy to pack my bags and move over there 😂
Just thought it was worth posting on here as I’ve ordered lots of stuff over the last 12 months from several different companies and they have been by far the best.

Just bought 2 new housings from them.... £1314 total inc postage and import fees, was expecting to be raped on the postage and duty but pleasantly surprised.
3 weeks to my door.

I have bought from them with no problems. You are likely to have to pay import duty to the shipper , like DHL.

Can't complain myself, I bought a stack of things from them a while ago and they were very good at keeping me up to date and shipping quickly. The delay was inevitably down to ParcelFarce.

Lol what a surprise 🤣🤦🏻‍♂️

Ordered from them on 2 separate occasions, great service, quick delivery and no import fees

I've not had a bad experience with them yet and would totally recommend them.

Does seem somewhat variable if i get hit with import duties or not which I haven't figured out yet.

Used them for the first time recently following the good reviews on here and can’t say it was anything other than easy.

Thanks FD:OCers for the useful reviews!

Hi all.

I am in need of some help. I am ordering a diffuser and some carbon bits from RHD - total price coming to around £500.

I am being stung for £450 shipping? Either from DHL or FedEx.. is there any way to reduce this? I am really put off having to pay 2x the amount just because of shipping. I assume i’ll also be paying import costs at 20% ish so paying more for postage and import costs combined than the product itself seems ridiculous to me. Any help would be hugely appreciated

You could email them to check but you're ordering quite a large item to be sent by air freight, it won't be cheap.
