Rear LCA Bushes - All 3

Hey guys,

I've just changed my inner and outer toe bushes for poly.

Just noticed every bush on the rear LCA is knackered too. The lower shock bush, inner and outer LCA.

I believe the inner one is called the pillow bush. Am I better going poly or OEM for this?

Also in regard to the other two would you go poly or OEM?

Unless your changing everything to poly i would personally go oem.

Rear lower control arm has two pillow balls and one rubber.

The rubber one has lots of discussion around should it be polybush or oem. Superpro don't make it. I went for poly as I did everything else.

Also the rear shock Bush is on the rear upper arm and not the lower. On the upper arm, the shock Bush is OEM rubber, the two inner bushes are also OEM rubber. The upper arm to hub is pillowball.

I think £400 ish for all 6, either direct from mazda or from j auto in the states, not much difference between the two.
