North East events 2019

Just thought it a good idea to start a thread for us northerners. Mainly for us to put up trackdays we are attending, organise meets or drives out. Even if someone just needs a helping hand fitting a fuel rail or something and local guys are free to help.
There are now quite a number of us, many that ive noticed but forum names elude me.

Also a few edinbrough based lads,
Plus many rx8 owners on rx8oc that could possibly get involved.

This could also be a great platform for the more southernly northerners like Joe and Matt to decide to pop along.

We are all all now either running or very close to it and with spring around the corner, a good meet up would be cool.

There is a lad over in middlesborough. Told him to join forum. Has a 1jz in it.

I wont be ready for spring though.

Summer is coming and i plan on getting to some different circuits this summer.

Yeh..not heard much from him for a while now. Will have to try make contact.

Think we all have every colour of the fd lineup too.

There is a show May 12th in Darlington that I'm attending with a club called RPM ran by @ChezRX. There's about 6 FDs already coming I think. If anyone else wants to join us just book on the link below and buy ticket for a club car + driver and enter RPM as the club.

If we can go north to south or vice versa would be great as opposed to east to west. I'm all for a decent drive but as long as i can either start or finish somewhere close to home.

Ok lots of interest in this.

But seeing as a lot of people are converging from all kinds of directions.

Would you guys be good to find your best way there? That way you can decide if you want to do the A roads there the B roads back etc.

There is a pub not far from Crackpot called the Punch bowl Inn.. it has a car park and sounds like a good place to have refreshments.
