I ordered a compression elbow from nengun before Christmas it wasnt in stock and they kept me informed about when they were receiving the shipment as they had to be made up I then received it about 3weeks later every time I emailed for an update they got straight back to me a really was a really good experience I did receive import charges it still worked out cheaper

Ordered my os giken diff from negun, very professional company, even lowered item value on the customs sheet as I asked to reduce import costs. Very good people to deal with no complaints

Nengun are good, if not a little slow. Ordered a Greddy elbow and Origin spoiler from them. Took ages to ship (which was mostly Origin's fault) but they kept me well up to date with how the order was going and were honest about delays.

Nengun have been brilliant with me, updating me via live chat and email about my order process,

There was a initial delay as Mazda had changed some part numbers and there was a confusion but once that was rectified everything went smooth
