Keep the search bar at the top when scrolling down

[snoopios]

I noticed that the search bar disappears as you scroll down the page, could we keep it at the top at all times please?

Until the day we have a full make over, this is unlikely to change as the main menu and search are different components and the main menu is already always shown.

I feel this is more of an issue on small screens and the search button is already shown at all times on mobiles
