I'm trying to identify if the temp sensor is bust, but the FSM doesn't give the sensor's internal resistance when at ambient temp.

The FSM does indicate the dash gauge resistance range for the non-linear sweep of the needle, but this ranges starts when there is slight temp, rather than none.

I'm hoping I might have just missed reading it somewhere 🤞

(Hope everyone is remaining safe and healthy!)

If anyone has one to hand, maybe on a bench that they could stick a multimeter on, that would be appreciated?

Is it this one you are checking?

Can probably check it on my car for you tomorrow evening. Part number is: JE15-18-51X looks like there are knock offs on ebay for around £8 that may be worth checking out too

Popped out to the garage quickly over lunch, sensor still in the block, I got 2.04k ohms between the wiring "tab" on the sensor and ground (Tried ground at a few different places, got the same each time)
Garage is unheated, according to a thermometer in there about 10 degrees in there

Really appreciate that. I got 2.3kOhms here, so I can tick it off the list. Hopefully soon I can make that "essential journey" to drop some boost off round the country lanes :)(y)
