Parcelforce have had my turbo in customs for 4 weeks. Dealing with them is absolutely disgraceful, I mean without putting too much of a fine point on it they clearly recruit retards. It’s unbelievable how bad they are. I vow to never use Parcelforce or Royal Mail ever again, the cunts are constantly on strike but their service is shite, none of them deserve a pay rise, get a new job if your pay is shit, wankers.

Dropping loom off tomorrow so the new loom can be made.

Looks like it’s going to be Feb now before I can start putting things back together.

Firstly, Told you it would be cheaper from a UK builder.

Secondly Claim it back, if they had it for 4 weeks they can't charge you without prior notification of intended charges, you can claim your money back and 8% interest for the 4 weeks on the amount they owe you, plus charges.

You did tell me so, the work was free, the customs not so free.

I’ll look in to claiming back - good idea. It was sent from US using USPS and then ended up at Parcelforce for weeks.

Reach out to Parcelforce first and give them a chance to refund / do the right thing. Get as much evidence and written communication as possible from them via email or online chat transcripts. Then if they still refuse:

It's about £65 to claim but you get that back, through claiming.
