hey guys, car recently developed an intermittent issue where it goes into limp mode. clears itself (sometimes) after the car is warm, then turned off then on again.
car is a 1993 import.
basically revs free in neutral but feels like it goes into fuel cut when it sees boost. I can rev up veeery slowly as long as i'm using very light throttle like 10% but if I put my foot anywhere past that anywhere over 2k rpm the car will buck like it's hitting fuel cut. the car can manage speed/revs but only very gradually. from reading forum posts it seems like textbook limp mode but am new to fd ownership to want to be sure.
iirc these models don't have a CEL so i'm gonna need to check at the diag port right? any particular led / resistor etc to check it there? was told it's probably something to do with the OMP.
