Help - sticking brake

Just got my FD out of winter hibernation in the garage and realised I stupidly left the handbrake on. It's not stuck solid as it rolled ok, but when I drove it I could tell that it was sticking.

It's the left rear. I can free it up by tapping the caliper, but as soon as I use the brake pedal or hand brake it sticks again. The wheel will still spin with difficulty but it's definitely catching.

Any advice would be welcome, bearing in mind I've not worked on brakes before!

Left rear caliper sticking is common. Take it apart, clean it up and it’ll be ok.
