Full OEM bushes (excluding pillows)

Where's the best place to buy these? J-Auto only do the aftermarket ones, RHDJapan don't... has anyone found a supplier? I've had mixed results talking to Mazda directly, so I'm hoping for a third party.

I got mine from Mazda.

When do you know if they need changing? I'm doing the pillow balls, so thought I'd do the lot, but maybe I won't even notice the difference? The car has 54k miles on it, prob the original bushes.

Mine had 80k on iirc but felt a bit loose and old tbh even for a 1994 car

I usually go by the mot man saying....you need new bushes
