Fuel rail options

Choice in the UK seems pretty limited to either dm motorsports own or ffe through tgs.
I like the look of the ffe or cj motorsports rails and am leaning towards them but is there any others I should have a look at?

Not UK but i use kg parts rail with no issues.

Speak to Colum he can knock you up some big bore ones probably for cheaper than some of the others

DM rails... pfft... first you need dowty seals and also the rail isnt tapped far enough for standard banjo fittings, then the cups where the injectors seat are not deep enough to hold the seal so you need to mill off a couple of mm from the rail legs.

Also lately customer service sucks and there's a massive delay when placing your order to when it arrives.

Not sure if Colum has finished making his yet? Give him a call but otherwise get the FFE kit.. it's worth the difference in money just to not have to cock about.

I’d happily fit the FFE rails! I have the FFE trigger kit, again not cheap like you say but it all works and is nicely made etc

Defo try Colum though as always good to put business to fellow rotards

Strange i didn't seem to have any of the above issues and bought the complete fuel system from DM. Admittedly he did need a push to deliver in a timely manner though.

I got rail, injectors, fpr and all lines and fittings and they all fit ok iirc.

It's the delivery times that is the true killer for most people.

I've been hearing lots of reports on the poor quality control from dm lately so wanted to hear people's opinions on them from here.
I'm more than happy to go with the FFE rails as I already have their filter pedastool and it's a lovely piece of kit.
Will fire a message off to colum first though to see what he's got in the pipeline

Spoke to colum and he's only making big bore rails for drag cars so going to go with the ffe rails.
I keep seeing injector adaptor sleeves being used in the U.S but don't see them advertised over here, what else do people use?

You need them sleeves, they usually come with the rails..

Ffe should be supplying them with the rails no?

Think Billetbitz might still be kicking around? The website is still up, I have one of Kev’s rails and they’re the dog’s danglies.

I also have a few Radium bits, but you’ll have to get them shipped from the US. They are really very nice though.

Well I've ordered the ffe light rails through tgs will wait and see if they turn up with inserts and if not will contact pro4m motorsport to see if he can knock some up
