Has anyone had experience with these guys? I have a set of led lights on order which is holding up my build and apart from an excuse the set they were going to and was crack they have ignored emails

Wondering if I should just try and get a refund and order else where

Also are the depo led lights they sell genuine or replicas ?

The rears? No one makes a replica of the rear light housings afaik, but no LED's are going to be genuine by the very fact they're custom built and were never offered by Mazda.

ive emailed them asking if they are open at present for online orders and nothing so far so assume they are shut. Ive ordered service bits from them in the past and they have been quick to post etc.

I’ve had a few good and one bad experience with them after placing a few orders. Most of the time they are pretty good, get orders sorted and posted out quick. Although when I was rebuilding my engine I placed an order that took forever to get sorted. They also didn’t respond to email and calls about that order but it did turn up just over 3 weeks later with no explanation as to what happened with it.
Recently I placed an order for some service items in March and received them quickly with no issue so would say most of the time they’re pretty good.

Aston is a diamond, I've always collected my parts and I'd ring them over emailing personallly, as they're between the office and workshop quite a bit.

They're definitely open, they have my car in the workshop at the moment, call them and don't email, and you'll get a response, Aston is a top man

Hi there atm things are a little in the air with covid lockdown exetra we are still taking orders and doing our best to get out what we can a lot of places are not open at the moment which can make getting some things ordered in can be a pain we don’t hold stock for everything that’s listed on the website and some bits are special order atm there is only the 2 of us at the workshop so it’s making it hard to get everything done as well as the emails and massages as a few have said it’s a lot more effective to call us but can understand that if your not in the UK this is going to be difficult I do apologise for any inconvenience or problems this has caused I will do my best to get this sorted for you
