I promised last year to make it up to Croft to get a few lessons from our 1.2 bar twins expert, but my car was in the shop most of the year. I'm going to look into this but a 4-5 hour drive is a hell of a journey. I wonder if I can make a semi-interesting weekend out of it. What is there to do around there if I stood the night on Friday?

Tbh Roy around the circuit there is bugger all as its out in the country. There are cities all within 30-40 minute drive. If you were gonna make a weekend of it then the Newcastle nightlife is a must. Otherwise a blast up the Northumberland coast is always fun up to bamburgh castle.

Tbh though since its such a long drive a summer session may be a better bet. If you came all that way and it was pissing wet or foggy etc it would be annoying.

That said and you do come up for sure you will have a fantastic weekend.

I will be touring around a few more circuits this year all being well. I'm already looking into cadwell for may.

That and it being Good Friday so people may be off work. The weekend days always sell out but i only try to attend the midweek ones.
