Just went to take the car out for a spin and she wont turn over

Battery is fine, pop up and lights work fine as do other electrics but she just will not turn over.

This is the first time she has done this, not having an ounce of mechanical knowledge I am hoping the someone can
point me in the right direction please.

Thanks in advance.

Starter was changed for a new uprated one two years ago, will check connections to it, thanks.

Is it just the click click click or nothing? If the clicks check the little crimp connection on the starter is still attached.

sounds like a blown fuse to me mate, time to get a little torch out and check them all unless you have a little led auto tester

One fuse box in the bay, passenger side behind battery.
Another is drivers footwell right up where your right pinky toe would be
Start with the one in the engine bay

The car was parked on a slope so I struggled to feel the starter motor as it was over a hump in the driveway.

I checked all fuses which were fine, I then waited for a neighbour to come home so him and his son could help
push the car back up the drive onto a flat hard standing, jacked the car up and there was a cable hanging down form the
starter motor which I pushed back on and she fired up straight away.

Thank you all for your replies, this club is invaluable to someone like me with so many members prepared to give advice and suggestions
it is really appreciated

Thank you all.
