Black '93 spec on M5 north hard shoulder

I was heading back to Bristol yesterday afternoon and caught sight of someone in a Black fairly stock looking '93 spec on the hard shoulder with the bonnet up near-ish to Glouscester services. Anyone on here?

I also seen this while on my way back up north after picking my car up. Sorry I couldn't stop if you are here I had no tools and still had over 200 miles left to go in my car.
