[JoeLanger]

Yo,

Some people have asked for the club booking code, didn't actually realise I get sent this automatically ever year.

Club booking password (case sensitive) : FdOc

Event details: https://www.fastcar.co.uk/japfest-silverstone/

Book tickets : https://www.fastcar.co.uk/japfest-silverstone/js-club-tickets/

There's lot of FAQ on the website about COVID etc. which I haven't read

[Amits rx7]

Thanks! Do we just book stand pass tickets individually via the link?

[JoeLanger]

Yes just follow instructions on the link and when promoted use the club password
I have no idea if this is going ahead though? guess it is in September

[Duey]

I've got a couple of friends interest in coming too. 1 rx8 and 1 mx5. Is it ok for them to use this code too?

I can't find the club admin area that tells you who's booked in, I could contact them and get it.

I don't think there's that many people attending from FDOC so I don't see a problem, they're still Mazda after all should be good

Cheers mate. I'll tell them to sort it

[Greg87]

How many people are going to this in a couple of weeks?

I’ve got my tickets from last years cancelled show so will be there.
Hoping I’m not going to be the only one

[JoeLanger]

OK so they sent me a list on Monday.

Looks like maybe they've transferred everybody's tickets over from last years cancelled event, coz there's people on their like Hayden who definitely won't be going since he's in the states.

Looks like booking deadline has gone? but Im sure we can move some people around, will be a big stand!

not 100% on who everybody is, 14 total

I've just deleted everyone's last name for privacy, let me know if you want your name removed.
Also there are people I should know but last names and forum names don't normally match! e.g don't know who @Duey is!

[Gem_fd3s]

I'll be going but with no rx7 just spectating

[NEMO]

I would like to be part of the club stand although tickets are not available on the site. Shall I book a spectators ticket instead?

I'd contact @Tangelos since he's not going since he's no longer in the country.
should be able to swap.

I think a lot on that list probably aren't going since the tickets just transferred from last year

[Amits rx7]

I think I may have booked the stand pass twice in error but I'll be coming - Amit K @Amits rx7.

[snoopios]

Is anyone meeting up before driving in (i.e. convoy)?

I'm heading from Leicester on the day...

[jandesousa]

Obviously I left it too late but if anyone on the list is not going or has a spare stand ticket can you let me know please.

[JP0893]

I'll be there, Just a note I had to email them as they had my ticket down for FDOC as trax so I ended up having them transfer it to japfest, glad I checked

[Chris.FD]

Just an FYI Hayden transferred me his ticket and I will be showing up in my FD

[Yugen]

Ill be there, will be on another stand in my mx5 though. Hope to meet some of you!
