Started with snow, then pissing down now starting to dry out so getting much better.

Add in a 100mph collision and I'm having a good day?

I'll take that miniscule scrape since contact at over a ton isn't what you want.

Ok Video time, Ended up taking that V12 vantage and the porsche who was a bellend all day not letting people pass.

Had about 2 dry hours all day but well and truly flew the rotary flag for those hours with quite a few hairy moments in between.

please enjoy and comment, i have many many vids but this was memorable for me

The damage really doesn't look that bad! Change in weather conditions would have added to the fun i'm sure. How did you find the extra BHP from the site stickers? :p

The damage is nothing considering the speed we were travelling at. The car that i was in contact with was letting me pass but didn't leave much room. It will genuinely polish out.

The stickers deffo gave me that extra 50bhp i needed to spank that vantage?

Is this your first trackday since going single? how does it compare to your old set up?

Yes mate first one. Once i could get the power down it was fantastic. I found it easier to predict on the limit and much faster on the straights. Because it's so responsive i found i could just get on the power early. Really really happy with my shakedown.

Melted my bonnet release cable though if anyone has a new one?

Good to here certainly not slow in that vid! You don't half know that track Neil!

You can get a bonnet cable from Mazda only £40. I can post the part number up later. I ran mine in the wheel arches to get away from turbo heat. Just about reaches that way

Great thanks joe ill look at doing the same. Also the lever under the dash, how does the fitting attach to that? I can see the two holes below but they are spaced too far apart. I'm not sure I've lost something from there.

New ones from Mazda come with the lever (y) it's attached to the dash with two M6 bolts
