[April/May 2020] Surrey Rolling Road Dyno Day

We had a decent turnout on 5th November at JamSport but recognise that it was already probably a bit too cold and late in the season to get the greatest amount of people to attend the event. There have also been numerous mentions on here and other social media platforms that owners in the South are keen on a dyno day but would like it closer to home. I have been speaking with Marco (@Blitzboy ) about setting up a day at Surrey Rolling Road. We are going to shoot for a weekend day in April or May. Please indicate your interest by responding to this post so that we can get a good idea on numbers.

I intend to bring the Mazda and aim for high 300s on their dyno with water injection.

Surrey is a good distance for me, so depending on the date that gets decided, i would like to attend...

I would be keen with a date in May, to give enough time to prepare the car the way I want it before a dyno run. Only 10 minutes up the road from Farnborough so definitely keen with a fully prepared car.

I keep asking @Blitzboy to get a weekend date set in May. We are waiting for Surrey Rolling road to come back to us.

If we can't get the date I'll secure Jamsport again but south west and south people complain about the drive.

This is cancelled. Marco has said the dyno operator can't match the dates. I'll leave it up to others to organise a day in the South.

I may be able to put something together at JamSport again this year but I will need 15-20 people to pay up front as we lost money on the last day in October.
