Broken centre console

So I'm waiting on my 1999 FD which I'm buying and in the process of work being carried out, someone has broken a piece of the dash.

Just wondering how much a replacement would cost (if I could even get hold of one) has anyone got any idea how much I'd be looking to pay?

AHH that's good.. any idea how much people usually charge for that piece? Just wondering how much it might end up costing me before I call the people up Monday who broke it.

Well standard ones second hand are usually around £100 When they come up. Carbon look ones are available around 150-200. I expect a new part from mazda can also be got but will be £300+

Perfect, looks like the car is costing me more money already and I haven't even got it yet .. Thanks for your help

I’ve got a standard one I bought when diagnosing a problem with my heaters, turned out to be something else so it’s perfectly fine. If you’re interested drop me a pm bud and I can grab a picture tomorrow when I’m up at my workshop.
