Yes yes yes I know it’s miles off.

However I’m relatively new to Rx7’s but noticed last year there were a few going on in different places.

Shall we organise a big one this year

Not sure if it was for then but was one held at Mazda HQ?

Yep the Mazda HQ one last year was decent. There's talk of one at Caffeine and Machine, but I have seen anything confirmed yet

Some of us guys up north had a chat about this, think we decided that driving for hours along managed motorways and sitting in London traffic is a bit of a mish.

So we're thinking of just driving along up and across the national parks and stopping somewhere for a dinner / coffee.

If anyone north end fancies tagging along.... Route tbc.

I'm down south too so I'm up for doing something a bit closer. Even C&M is about 3 hours from me.
Separate north/south meets seems to be the way forward, like in previous years

I might even make my car all one colour this year. C+M could be a nice trip, bit far but not unachievable. Mazda HQ was nice but it was a bit... safe.

I think the Festival of Speed may be on that weekend so I'm not sure if the circuit will be open. Don't they usually use it for parking?
Otherwise Goodwood is ideal, some nice B-roads around that way

I can't see a big main one happening personally. The southerners won't drive north and vice versa. 200+ miles is a long drive to stand in a car park for a hour or so. Especially when your at the mercy of UK roads, 1 delay or traffic jam and you could easily miss the meet.

Plus all the best cars and roads are up here anyway

Yeah if I went there I wouldn’t want drive the fd there, I’d take the German tank for comfort and AC from the heat
