Right all, so I have spoken to Caffeine & Machine and as they are busy the weekends we cannot reserve any space - if it was a weekday then they would happily reserve space.

I am thinking that the best idea would be to have the people who want a drive before to meet up at say 10am and complete a 30-45 minute drive to the pub and then meet everyone there who didn't want to do a drive.

We can then spend some time catching up, meeting new people, looking around cars and then head in for some food and a drink.

I'll start looking at dates and routes and then pull together a proper itinerary.

Not at all - they had no issue with us just turning up but basically couldn't guarantee space or anything.

Mid-to-end April is a better shout. Last year there were a couple of random storms with the last snow storm in the beginning of April, so salt could be on the roads until the end of that month.

I am still working out a few routes to drive and then i'll go and trial them out and see which is best.

Also good to see a few more people coming to the party. This should be a really good turn out.
