Door seals / water in doorcard

Hi,
Has anyone replaced rubber door seals with universal rubbers or is it a case of needing to find good condition replacement parts?

Passenger side doorcard has a tendency to fill with water, door seals aren’t the best if I’m honest few splits. There’s no water on inside of glass but the bottom of doorcard tends to be soaked after washing / heavy rain.

The plastic sheet / seal is fine inside the door. So only thing I can think of is the rubbers letting water in somewhere and finding its way into the doorcard ??

Andy Tappenden ( AMT) had to order some for my car through Mazda UK from Japan. They took a couple of months to arrive

I’ll have a look on eBay and see what’s available. RHdJapan have some as well but shipping costs are really high.
Found that the previous owner removed all weather proofing behind the front aftermarket speakers so that’s where the most of water was getting in.

Was after some myself too, rhdjapan is great if your doing a massive order but there shipping is ridiculous on small things.

I want to replace all my seals and trims but I could buy another car for the cost of it all
