Looking for Feedback on Boston Rotary

Taking my car there next Monday, the guy I spoke to on the phone was really nice and talked the talk so definitely sounds like he knows his stuff.

Wondered if anyone on here has dealt with him before.

He is a RX-8 guy. Started out just breaking RX-8s and selling parts. I have no idea how knowledgeable about RX-7s he is.

He's owned a couple of 7s, but as Roy said he's primarily known as an RX-8 guy and has a good rep in the RX8OC. I've met Pete a few times and he's a good guy.

Ah ok, well he sounded quite happy to tackle the problem when I explained it to him so I guess we shall see.

I'll report back once I've been down to see him!

He's very RX8OC if you know what I mean. I didn't know he did any repair work thought he just broke cars.

I don't I'm afraid as I've never been on there.

When I asked if I could bring it down he said he only had Monday free as after that he's got an auto RX7 in he's been asked to convert from auto to manual with a re loom as well. So he doesn't mind getting stuck in!

Well unfortunately Pete couldn’t solve the problem for me.

But a really nice guy who gave me a lot of time and was good for a natter whilst explaining what he was doing etc.

I’d have no problems taking my car back to him for work it’s just a shame with the short amount of time we had and it being roasting hot all day we couldn’t fix it this time round.
