Testing fuel pressure regulator

Where is the best place to tap into the fuel lines to check regulated pressure ?
New too FD’s so any help apreiciated

Yep, T into the return line as Nas has said. I can’t remember which is which now but I think the vacuum rats nest diagram shows it

I read the manual and it says about running the car with the relay out to remove the pressure but ive taken the car apart is there another way to relive the pressure as I don't fancy putting the manifold back on to take apart again lol

The return line wouldn't have the same pressure as what's on the rails though
surely the feed?

Joe sounds right, its the pressure at the rail yoi need to check, the return should be near 0

Thanks guys, got around 40psi so guess the regulators fine need to get the injectors out to see if they are leaking.
