A bit of a late reply.. That was me picking up the car and driving it back home to Manchester which was about 120 miles (shocking weather that day too, to say I was my pants would be an understatement) !

Bastard, thought there would be a local FD owner,.....

Your only a true FD owner once you have driven it in completely unsuitable conditions, once drove mine from Leicester to Basingstoke at 11:00 pm ion the snow only to get stuck and have to abandon the car and walk the last 2 miles. Arsehole of a boss would not let me work from home....

Well the previous owner is from the Melton area!
That was a real test for me on that day, having never even driven an FD before and come from an RX8 ?

I have a similar Boss who expects you to be in work no matter what and you’re docked if you’re not in!
