Painter recommendation?

Hi all, I’m looking for someone to paint my car. Complete ground up build, it has been blasted, so needs to be undersealed etc.
I’m not looking for a £10-12K job, but I want something reasonable. Also someone that could do it in a relatively short timeframe (and not a 3-6 month waitlist). Car is in Birmingham area. Many thanks.

Thanks for the shout out nige but I packed up a few months ago.. finished up at the lambo dealers in high street Ken and sold all my tools to @Fiddy

give him a shout as he will do private work

Good to hear you passed on the trade! I bet this fiddy guy has learned well and is not painting cars yellow and engine bays white!

I had a great guy called Sunny paint mine in Rugby, about 40mins ish east from Birmingham. Exterior colour change with door jams and bits, took him 1 week total time if I recall correctly and he squeezed me in so i only had to wait a week to get it started. Totaled about 5.5k for the exterior with door jams and bits (everything except engine bay and under carpets basically).

If you want his number I can DM you, might be worth an ask just to see what his workload is like and see what the wait time will be.
