FDOC attended Japfest Donington on Saturday 30th June. Along with the club stand there was also a 40th anniversary stand celebrating the arrival of the first UK RX7s way back in 1978.
With a great turnout of around 30 RX7s in one place – it was really a rare sight and a treat for any rotary lovers.
Along with the sweltering heat and fantastic turnout, there was also track time for most clubs for some great entertainment (and thankfully – no Vibe stand).
The verity of 7’s on display was outstanding. The event hosted everything from wide-body, slammed, track ready and even a 4 rotor.
Thanks to all members who took part in both stands. We hope the suns out again for this event next year and we can get close to the same attendance!
