So i have just been on the phone to Competition car insurance / Footman james and as im not a member of a paid car club I lost out on a £70 discount......


surely the club could use a paid membership option for car stands / banners etc......?


happy to donate as long as its not going stright to hennings pocket.

Buy a sticker, technically you've paid to be part of the club.

No, it still counts as a car club, your membership number is in the URL of your profile page, which in your case is 17

Hey @Sacrilegious-FD I've messaged footman James to get some more clarification on this.

I will also approach more traders for club discounts once our main site is completed.

It's looking likely we will be joining the beta program for a Website / Forum bridge in the near future which should fast track things.

I know its not much use to you at the moment @Sacrilegious-FD but as a direct result of this topic we've made a 'club discounts' section which hopefully we can build over time so we appreciate you highlighting this.

I'm sure we will be able to secure more discounts in the future once were more established
