A couple club of thoughts

1, Do one of you manage / own the FDUK facebook group (are you going to rename eventually?)
2, Membership - happy to contribute for a forum that's kept up to date.... (the club will need to fund a banner for use at shows)
3, Merchandise - want to be one of those knob heads with a car club hoody....
4, the efini logo is much cooler that the mazda logo

Let's make the club logo something unabashedly rotor shaped. Maybe along the lines of FD∆C...

1 we do have access to rename the fduk facebook page.. but. we have unanimously decided it would not be fair to force fduk members to come across. we will have a facebook page for FDOC but.. its pretty much going to be just a link page to navigate people to this site. we are working hard on ideas and implementing them to making the forum as easy to use as facebook..

2 membership... its on the discussion list . if a contribution option does happen. the paypal account will be held for the club not to an individuals bank account and 100% of the money will be used for website improvements, web space and kit for the club.

3. merchandise. . yes. more than likely. same story as no2. all profit will be towards club upgrade

Merch is always a tricky one...

A good solution is to have a core 'brand' pack of logos and text for people to make their own runs of t-shirts/hoodies/stickers/whatever.

I agree RE point 4. efini logo is way more interesting, no-one knows what it is.
